Hi, I'm Ellyse! I'm the one woman show behind Blue Pearl Design Studio, coming to you from Toronto, Canada.

I started quilting while on maternity leave with my second child, and fell in love! Being the creative type, I very quickly started coming up with my own ideas and designs, which led me down the path of signing up for the Pattern Writing Academy and eventually to writing my own patterns!
